Owned and operated by our church, PUMES offers loving, Christian-based instruction for children. We have full and half-day programs available for the preschool, before and after school program for children in grades K - 6th, and Kindergarten.

PUMAS - Palmdale UM Aftershool Program Ages 6-12
PUMAS is a Christian program for Children - ages 6 - 12 years. The program's purpose is to serve children and families of the Church and community by caring for their physical, emotional and spiritual needs. It is open to children of all races and faith or religions.
We believe in offering a program to reach all children's needs through compassionate understanding, dedicated teachers who have the training, available resources, and the ability to create a unique learning experience for children.
PUMAS offers:
- Before & After school care, Monday through Friday, for children ages 6 to 12 years
- Weekly Activity Sheets for parents/guardians to review
- Age Appropriate Activities
- Special Projects
- Homework Assistance
- Structured Activities
- Arts, Crafts, Music & Movement
- Hours (Monday through Friday):
- Before School: Open at 6:30am
- After School: Open until 6:00pm
- Holidays and Off-track Hours: full days from 6:30 am to 6:00 pm
- Drop Ins Welcome
- PUMAS Bus Service: Fees include taking to and picking up from certain schools
