Building the Next Generation

Do we realize that it has been over 20 years since we built our current sanctuary? Look who we have worshiping with us today! Who will be attending our church in the year 2020? What will worship look and sound like in 2020? Does this seem like a date in the far future? It will be here in no time and the new people we want to reach are just growing up in the Antelope Valley. Will the majority of our church be in their 60’s in 2020? We all pray not because that means the PUMC would already be past its prime in reaching families. I will be 60 years old and I pray I will be one of the older members of the church family. It is strange to think in these terms but God sees the bigger picture and so must we…
