From the Pastor . . .
The people of the Palmdale United Methodist Church are Building the Next Generation of deeply committed believers in Jesus Christ, one person at a time. We know that God actually builds up the body of Christ. We are striving to be true to the Lord's preferred future for our church family.
So Building the Next Generation is not just a slogan. It is our mission statement. We are reaching the upcoming generations of children and youth who have not yet heard the life-changing message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
The PUMC goal is to reach families with children 0-10 years old, and all the generations that support these families. We have grandfathers, grandmothers, single moms and single dads, single adults, and married couples without children. Our Youth Ministry for Jr. High and Sr. High is exceptional and our Children’s Ministry is one of the best in the Antelope Valley.
Additionally, we are young adults and family members who have never been involved in a faith community. If you are looking for a community of people who are actively serving the Lord, here is a spiritual home for you.
As a United Methodist Church, our mission also reaches beyond the Antelope Valley into the USA and around the world. Please check out the rest of our website for details about our work with people of all backgrounds and social conditions.
